Emergencies
For emergencies, go to the nearest hospital or call 1122. Do not wait for an appointment. WhatsApp and email are not emergency services and may not be monitored outside clinic hours.
Appointments and services
All appointments are arranged through WhatsApp and are confirmed only when our team agrees a time with you. Opening the chat does not reserve an appointment. Doctor availability, service availability, test preparation and any fees should be checked with the clinic before your visit. Sunday consultations are walk-ins only.
Referrals and external websites
Partner laboratories and other external providers operate independently. Their own terms apply. In-house sample collection is not yet available. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps are provided for convenience.
